SEAFOOD PROCESSING

At our state of the art processing plant, we handle and process the freshest catch as soon as it is landed. We combine tradition with contemporary production methods, producing seafood of a superior quality that has come from sustainable sources and is fully traceable. The efficiency of our operation allows us to reduce energy costs and minimize waste, helping to advance the process while being environmentally responsible. We combine traditional hand-filleting, boning and preparation methods with modern state of the art technologies to ensure and maintain the natural integrity of all our seafood products. Through research, practice and experience we have fine-tuned the entire processing operation. This allows us to minimize the amount of time involved in handling and processing the fish, ensuring it leaves our plant as fresh as possible and is ready for the store or table. All our machinery and equipment is thoroughly inspected and strict safety and hygiene codes ensure only the very best seafood leaves our plant. Our advanced refrigeration process allows us to cool and freeze fish at it’s freshest; giving the consumer all the flavour, natural goodness and nutrition they would expect from fish straight from the sea.
